So a lotta times, the uh, client, when they call in to have a question answered, they’ll end up talking to their trainer if that trainer happens to be the one that returns their call. So we like that ability to have a finite group of people that the clients get to know. And they’re long term players so that they’re not ever talking to somebody that’s green or new. There’s no call centers involved.
