I've used ComputerEase for the past 18 to 20 years and I found it as the best way to manage all of the projects (project management) that I'm involved with from the labor and the material, making sure budgets are met or making sure that we have enough money in the project to complete the project within the budget, looking at change orders on a regular basis to make sure that we're being paid for the change orders that we have coming to us. ComputerEase has just set, made my life a lot easier in that I can spend a lot more time with our PO personnel and sharing the reports with our PO personnel because they have the right to know as much about the project as we do.

Yeah, we have, for instance, we have a commercial plumber (plumbing contractor)that has a service department and a commercial construction department, but also inside that service department, he has residential service, commercial service and an industrial service. ComputerEase enables us to go in and in a very short period of time add a couple of digits on the end of the chart of accounts, if you will, and he then is able to record inside of his service department, we can break down his service department by each department inside the service department, or just run the service department by itself, then we can allocate overhead to each of those departments a lot easier now that we know exactly what costs go to what department.
