When entering an accounts payable invoice I am able to tell if their Workers Comp insurance is expired or their general liability insurance, a red flag alert pops up and let's me know that.

If an invoice is over purchase order the system basically stops you. It gives you the warnings that, you know, you've gone over. Uhm, and then our process is, is to stop and that invoice has to go back to the project manager immediately. Uh, we have a stamp. We stamp over purchase order, and we send it back to the project manager, and it can't be entered until we either go in and, in and adjust the purchase order or we go back to the vendor and have them uhm, reissue an invoice.

The one thing that ComputerEase does when I’m entering an invoice, it’ll let me know if worker’s comp or liability insurance is expired, and so every February, every August, everybody’s worker’s comp expires, so they actually have a subcontractor center where it automatically generates the letters that I need to send out notifying the subcontractors that we need their information updated. Uhm, so that, that’s very very helpful.
