Our function allows the user to even "tie" the notes to a particular day or job task simply by color or size making job scheduling easier.

Use the Pop-up Scheduling Note feature to create reminders or to write notes and questions to subcontractors and staff members. Print the schedule or convert it to a PDF file and the notes will appear wherever they have been placed. Then email the PDF file with your notes to subcontractors and staff members easily.

Pop-up notes can be easily hidden if the job schedule becomes too cluttered or if you want to display notes only for certain people.
